I recently bought a new computer Toshiba Satellite with i7 running Windows 7 and downloaded Realplayer. When I run the cursor over the video, I don't get that option anymore. If I right click on the video, I don't get "Save Target As" or anything that is an option to save it. Any suggestions on how to get that function reactivated or any other way I can save a video from an email to my documents would be appreciated. Is this an issue with a particular video? If your download consists only of an ad or just a few seconds of the video, then the video is not available for download. Please close and re-launch the browser window and try again.

If your Video Properties are wildly different to the Project Properties, it can make the preview window lag terribly and has the potential for causing audio sync problems after you render your project into a new video.
