File synchronization server 2003

But, when I join a computer to the domain and log in as a user, it still comes up with the My Docs as a synchronized folder. I know the fix to disable it on each of the client machines, but I wanted to know if anyone had any tidbits of information about disabling it domain-wide so I don't have to touch too many machines.
